PSOLUTION: The device includes an event memory part 333 to store one or more kinds of event information which affect flow of the fighting game as related with values of flow parameters concerning a case of causing an event to occur and a case of an event caused to occur for each kind, a flow parameter memory part 341 to renew and store the flow parameters, an ability setting part 308 to reflect the flow parameter on an ability parameter of an own team's character, a determining part 306 to determine whether or not the event stored in the event memory part 333 has occurred, a flow parameter integration part 307 to add the flow parameter corresponding to the event to a previous value in a case where an applicable event has occurred, and an initial value setting part 309 to divide the flow parameter of an opponent team and the flow parameter of the own team when the game is started, and setting a divided value of the own team for an initial value in the flow parameter memory part 341.
