STATE DECISION DEVICE, ORGANIZATION ANALYSIS SYSTEM AND STATE DECISION PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a state decision device, an organization analysis system and a state decision program, for performing state decision related to a position of a decision target person without accurately detecting the position of the decision target person.;SOLUTION: A position information acquisition part 28 obtains position information of the decision target person from a position information storage device 36 for each predetermined time length. A state set generation part 30 generates a state of the decision target person from the position information, and generates a state set in a form of a matrix. A state decision part 32 calculates a state comparison index D(X, Y) for each time length based on the state set. The state decision part 32 decides presence/absence of a meeting between a plurality of decision target persons based on the state comparison index D(X, Y) of each time length and a predetermined threshold value.
