Information technology (IT) technology of discovery, pursuit and provisioning of property is explained. In one execution example, searching the RFID signal, the detection territory is watched, the optional RFID signal which it is related to the IT property inside the detection territory is perceived. Analyzing the RFID signal which is detected, you acquire the information of the identification regarding IT property. Information of the identification the format is done in the event record, the event record is remembered in memory. In alternative execution form, furthermore analyzing the event record, it decides and whether or not IT property, is conformed to the stipulated specification which it is related to IT property, when profit and IT property are not conformed to stipulated specification, notification of non conformity can be issued.
