PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely determine the relation between an operation on a computer and business even if an application whose relation with the business is not specified is used. PSOLUTION: A work name definition that includes software-specifying information associated with the name of business is set in a storage unit. The identifier of software switched according to a command from an input device is generated as operation information. The identifier of software that is the sender of data copied onto a clipboard according to a command from the input device and the identifier of software pasted from the clipboard are generated as data exchange information. Using the operation information, the work name definition is retrieved and the name of business corresponding to the operation information is specified. The name of the business is set as the work name of the operation information. By the data exchange information, the work name definition is retrieved and the name of business corresponding to the data exchange information is specified.
