PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cellulase-measuring reagent capable of measuring the cellulase quickly in a high sensitivity, and a method for measuring the cellulase.;SOLUTION: This cellulase-measuring reagent includes a metal complex-bonding cellulose obtained by bonding the hydroxy group of constituting glucose of the cellulose with the metal complex through a reactive group. The method for measuring the cellulase includes hydrolyzing the glycoside bond of the cellulose by effecting the cellulase on the cellulase-measuring reagent and measuring the concentration of the cellulase based on the concentration of the metal in the metal complex immobilized to the produced hydrolysate.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
