PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pump suitable for aeration, an aeration tank, and a garbage disposal device. PSOLUTION: The pump includes a pumping-up rotary cylinder 11, which has an inverted conical inner face, and a rotary blade 12 for liquid supply, which expels liquid to the inner face of the rotary cylinder 11 through the centrifugal force to be imparted by the rotation, wherein a guide face 13s with which the liquid splashed from the opening end of an upper cylinder opening of the rotary cylinder 11 to the outer side collides so as to change the splashing direction is arranged around the upper cylinder opening, and a splashing guide member 13 having the guide face 13s is rotated in the same direction as the rotary cylinder 11.
