PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply acquire the statistic data of a fluorescent group with high precision.;SOLUTION: The evaluation device of the fluorescent group includes an input means for inputting the fluorescent observation image (If) of the fluorescent group and a transmitted observation image (It) of the same field as the fluorescent observation image, a first detection means (Mt) for detecting a first region group in which the image of the fluorescent group is present on the inputted transmitted observation image, a setting means (If') for setting the region group corresponding to the first region group to a reference region group on the inputted fluorescent observation image, and an analyzing means for acquiring the statistic data from the reference region group set on the fluorescent observation image.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
