PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of collecting statistics of communication data even on a high-speed communication line by accelerating statistical processing. PSOLUTION: A communication data statistical apparatus, that collects statistics of a plurality of kinds of conditions regarding communication data flowing on a network, includes: a receiver for receiving a packet; an aggregator for sorting, regarding two or more kinds of predetermined flow identifiers, packets of which the corresponding identifiers are matched, to the same aggregate flow to produce aggregate statistical information of packets belonging to the aggregate flow; and a statistical processing unit for, regarding the identifier determining one statistical condition, sorting one aggregate flow to a statistical flow of the matched corresponding identifier and performing updating processing for updating the statistical information of packets belonging to the sorted statistical flow on the basis of the corresponding aggregate statistical information iteratively for a plurality of aggregate flows to perform updating processing of each statistical information item regarding the plurality of kinds of statistical conditions.
