PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the torque of an engine by generating an expansion pressure by explosive vaporization by changing combustion characteristics, especially by increasing a vaporization speed, in combustion in a cylinder with a fuel oil in a strong excitation state by giving strong motion energy by generating the motion energy by applying large magnetism on molecules of the fuel oil used for the engine. PSOLUTION: By moving the fuel oil in a magnetic field by a row of magnets constituted by a zero magnetic field, the motion energy by the strong magnetic by a super-electromagnetic induction phenomenon with high level is induced. By introducing the generated fuel oil to a closed space in the cylinder, heating it and giving heat of vaporization to it, the expansion pressure by the explosive vaporization is generated, and this is added to the explosive thermal expansion pressure by combustion and is utilized as a motive power source.
