PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a television broadcasting retransmission monitoring system and a method and a control program, capable of efficiently discriminating whether the programs of respective broadcasting areas are consistent with the programs broadcasted by respective broadcasting stations, when retransmitting the broadcasting of the television broadcasting stations via a network for each broadcasting area.;SOLUTION: A centralized monitoring part 104 in the television broadcasting retransmission monitoring system supplies the broadcasting video images of a broadcasting area unit obtained from antennas 102, which are respectively arranged in the broadcasting areas of the broadcasting stations of various locations and the respective transmission video images of the broadcasting area unit retransmitted to an IP network 121 to a multi-viewer 111 and displays the broadcasting video images and the transmission video images in comparison for each broadcasting area on a monitor 126. By checking the video images intensively displayed on the monitor 126, an operator readily checks the consistency of the video images.
