PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a similarity evaluation program for calculating and evaluating similarity between source codes that calculates similarity accurately and shortly even between many source codes.;SOLUTION: For calculating similarity between target source codes, the similarity evaluation program 5 causes a control part 4 to execute the procedure of normalizing reference source codes and two or more target source codes subjected to similarity calculation all selected by a user from a source code group stored in a storage part 2 of a computer to create respective token sequences, and further causes the control part 4 to execute the procedure of creating correlation matrices from the created token sequences of the reference source codes and target source codes, calculating texture features from binary images, which are the correlation matrices, and calculating distances between reference vectors corresponding to the respective correlation matrices, which are the texture features, to calculate similarity between the target source codes.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
