PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening unit of a bamboo structural member by which bamboo materials can be firmly bonded while keeping cylindrical shape of the bamboo materials, to provide a bamboo structural member with the fastening unit, and to provide its manufacturing method.;SOLUTION: The fastening unit 5 is formed in the end of a structural member 1 constituted of a bamboo material 1a and is provided with a pair of planar bodies 6 that are formed of the hollow cylinder 3 of the bamboo material 1a and with a spacer 8 that is held between the planar bodies 6. Between the planar bodies 6, a slit 7 is formed in the axial direction with the opening end 3a of the cylinder 3 as a proximal end, wherein the tip end 7a of the slit 7 is formed in a circular-arc shape.
