PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To distribute to a user in an environment where a stock price and corporate information cannot be grasped in real time timely disclosure relevant information comprising timely disclosure information and corporate information at desired intervals immediately after the disclosure of the timely disclosure information or when a stock price fluctuates.;SOLUTION: A server of a timely disclosure relevant information distribution system is provided with respective means for: searching a timely disclosure information storage part and having a user ID corresponding to a brand code with respect to the timely disclosure information in which a current time of a day matches a disclosure time and a date as an object of the distribution of the timely disclosure information; searching a redistribution setting information storage part to determine a user ID corresponding to the timely disclosure information in which the current time of a day matches a redistribution designated time and a date as an object of the redistribution of the timely disclosure information; distributing E-mail including the timely disclosure information and an URL of a timely disclosure relevant information distribution site to an E-mail address of a user; and displaying a Web page created by combining the timely disclosure information with the corporate information to a timely disclosure relevant information distribution site.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
