RESERVATION ALLOCATION PROGRAM, RESERVATION ALLOCATION DEVICE, AND RESERVATION ALLOCATION METHOD

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allocate members of a group to a reservation capacity so as not to have an influence on the activity of the group. PSOLUTION: The reservation allocation method includes: acquiring reservation capacity data with a reservation capacity of service set for each time zone in a predetermined period; acquiring affiliation data with the allowable number of persons which is the upper limit of persons who can receive service simultaneously for each group to which the persons belong; acquiring required time data with the time required to receive service for each person; and allocating the persons to any of the time zones based on the data so that the number of persons receiving service simultaneously does not exceed the number of persons to be served corresponding to each time zone and that the number of persons receiving service simultaneously out of the persons belonging to the same group does not exceed the allowable number of persons corresponding to the group for each time zone.
