PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a glass plate with a polarizing plate or a liquid crystal cell with a polarizing plate, in which bubbles are not apt to enter and reworking is facilitated.;SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing a glass plate 11 with a polarizing plate, a polarizing plate 13 obtained by laminating a polarizer with a thickness of 1 to 7 μm on a base material is stuck to a glass plate 11, by filling a gap between the glass plate 11 and the polarizing plate 13 with a liquid 12 containing water as a main component.
