METHOD OF DETERMINING ASSEMBLING SEQUENCE OF AUTOMATIC MACHINE IN MIXED PRODUCTION SYSTEM

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine an assembling sequence in a mixed production system, so as to eliminate delay of the start of a test due to the test sequence of a product to be tested and allocation to a testing device, and efficiently execute subsequent tests by increasing spare time of each test time even if any trouble occurs in the set test sequence. PSOLUTION: The mixed production system includes an equipment operation instructing apparatus for monitoring entry to the test and test states of a product or the like, and configured to acquire the product information, process changeover time and the test sequence of a product, and to calculate the test start time and test end time of the product, a test delay time from the entry time to test start and a testing machine spare time between the tests of the products, and to determine the optimal assembling sequence to the testing machine based on the test delay time and spare time in the set test sequence.
