RACH preamble sequence selective method for high-speed mode and low-speed mode is offered. Especially, when information of the sequence type which the specific terminal inside the area which has high mobility uses is acquired, the method of acquiring the information of sequence type via the signaling which uses the sequence set which is formed by method and the restriction round shift condition re-for analyzing the signaling under general round shift condition is offered. Furthermore, sequence set constitution method for that is offered.
