PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide dentures prevented from falling out from the gums by utilizing the pressure of muscles of lips when a user chews food or largely opens his mouth, by having a fallout preventing device having a belt-like projecting surface made when manufacturing the dentures.;SOLUTION: The dentures 2 with a dentures fallout preventing device 1 having the belt-like projecting surface are used to prevent the dentures from falling out utilizing the pressure of muscles of upper and lower lips so that in chewing food and largely opening his mouth, the dentures do not fall out.
