PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a persuasion support device, a persuasion support program and a persuasion support method, for giving support to persuade a person who opposes a case using a document. PSOLUTION: The persuasion support device 10 has: a refutation information storage part 33 storing refutation information obtained by associating a reason sentence of an adverse opinion to the case, a ground sentence for the case, and presence/absence of refutation of the reason sentence and the ground sentence; a characteristic word extraction part 35 extracting characteristic words of the reason sentence and the ground sentence from a morpheme analysis resu a clustering part 36 generating cluster information including the ground sentence, rewriting the cluster information such that the reason sentence is arranged in a cluster based on similarity between the characteristic words of the ground sentence and the reason sentence, and rewriting the cluster information such that the cluster allocated with the reason sentence is rearranged based on the refutation information; and an output processing part 37 outputting the ground sentence included in the same cluster as the reason sentence as a ground sentence for re-refutation to the reason sentence based on the cluster information.
