PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instrument for measuring the concentration distribution in vivo of a medicine, capable of accurately and rapidly measuring the concentration distribution in vivo of the medicine in a noninvasive manner. PSOLUTION: The instrument 1 for measuring the concentration distribution in vivo of the medicine is equipped with: a light source 3 for emitting a light; a liquid crystal filter 4 (wavelength variable filter) for receiving the incidence of the light emitted to the outside of a living body from a labelling agent, when the labelling agent is irradiated with light, permitting light of a predetermined wavelength region to transmit and is capable of altering a wavelength region; an area sensor 5 (light-detecting means) for detecting the intensity of the light incident through the liquid crystal filter 4, to acquire the intensity distribution of the lights emitted from a plurality of the positions of a measuring target; and a DSP 6 (medicine concentration calculating means) for calculating the concentration of the drug administered along with the labelling agent, on the basis of the intensity distribution of the lights acquired by the area sensor 5.
