PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the thermal uniformity and thermal efficiency of a steam heating heater and provide products of uniform quality by reducing the frequency of condensate discharge from the steam heating heater.;SOLUTION: The steam heating heater of satisfactory thermal efficiency and thermal uniformity includes a heating box 2 having a steam chamber 3, a steam supply port 4 for supplying steam to the steam chamber 3 and a condensate discharge port 5 for discharging condensate from the steam chamber 3. The steam supply port 4 is connected with a flange 7' connected with a steam supply pipe 6, and the condensate discharge port 5 is connected with a flange 7 having one surface of the flange surface 7 connected with a longer tube length end of a U tube 8 having a shorter tube length at the other end and the other surface of the flange surface 7 connected with a condensate discharge pipe 9 such that the U tube 8 is positioned in the steam chamber 3.
