PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To alleviate an operator's load, by inhibiting monitoring failure by alarm set failure, by omitting an effort for watch alarm time setting by the operator, while carrying out arithmetic operation of an ebb tide time of day which is important for water-intake of seawater and notifying the operator of the time.;SOLUTION: Geographic position information on an electric power plant, position designation information which specifies a geographic specific position, and time information at the time of the ebb tide or high tide about each position information already stored in data, are stored in a database 13. On the basis of each extracted data, tide level for every time of day in the electric power plant is displayed on an output device 22, and when tide level will be low, the ebb tide time is reported.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
