PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To excellently prepare a vehicle dispatch plan to main destinations along with preceding destinations by using a computer.;SOLUTION: A vehicle information recording means 11 of this vehicle dispatch plan preparation device 1 records a vehicle together with an area, a destination information recording means 12 records the main destinations together with an address, visit restriction time and a working time, and an address, visit restriction time and a working time of the preceding destinations, and a vehicle extraction means 13 extracts a specific vehicle from the vehicle information recording means 11.
