PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a greenhouse cultivation device easily and inexpensively enabling increase in the ratio of a cultivation area in a plastic greenhouse: and to provide a plastic greenhouse structure including the device. PSOLUTION: The greenhouse cultivation device 6 includes a cultivation container 8 movably set up in a plastic greenhouse 1 in a pendant condition in order to cultivate crops. The device includes: a moving pipe 7 hung over between beam materials 5, 5 constructed at positions facing to each other at the prescribed level in the plastic house 1 so as to roll on the beam materials 5, 5; the cultivation container 8 suspended from the moving pipe 7 via a pair of hanging tools 60, 60 held while leaving prescribed front and back spaces, and horizontally moving corresponding to the roll of the moving pipe 7; a rail material 9 attached to the lower part of the hanging tool 60 and extended along the movable pipe 7; and a storage box 10 movably hung on the rail material 9.
