PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the technology for accurately calculating the number of voting rights related with stocks borrowed from general investors, and for widely and generally transferring the voting rights.;SOLUTION: This voting right transaction system for borrowed stocks is provided with: a borrowed stock detail DB 14; a right decision date information DB 12; a number of voting right calculation part 16 for comparing the right decision date and debit and credit period of corresponding subject numbers for every debit and credit contract, and for, when the right decision date is included in the debit and credit period, setting decision information about the subject number with respect to the debit and credit contract, and for totaling the number of stocks of the debit and credit contract in which the decision information is set for every subject number, and for storing the total value in the number of voting right information DB 18 as the number of stocks of the decision voting right; a target merchandise extraction part 20 for extracting the number of stocks of the decision voting right for every subject number from the number of voting right information DB 18, and generating the target merchandise information to which auction No is added; and a means for transmitting a picture for bid to a client terminal 38, and for, when the amounts of bid for a specific auction No is transmitted, storing it in a bid history DB 30, and for certifying a bidder who has presented the amounts of bid which is the highest value after the end of the auction period.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
