PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow description information of a health insurance card or a driver's license to be automatically input into a computer system and to allow the information to be readily copied on an adhesive label in face of a customer, without taking the trouble of inputting the description information into a computer system or going to a provided copier to copy the information.;SOLUTION: The information is taken into a central processing unit 2 via a reading slot 1 for the health insurance card and the driver's license and necessary character information is transmitted to the computer system, and simultaneously, an image of the health insurance card or the driver's license is transmitted to a copying function controller 3 and a plurality of labels are issued from the label issuance slot 4.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
