PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect the tilting of a corrugated cardboard sheet occurring in a slitter scorer with regard to a method and device for detecting the tilting of the corrugated cardboard sheet and the slitter scorer. PSOLUTION: The device is provided with a first position detecting means 20 which is installed upstream in the sheet transportation direction from a scorer 10 and detects the position in the sheet width direction of the corrugated cardboard sheet 5, a second position detecting means 22 which is installed downstream in the sheet transportation direction from a slitter 11 and detects the position in the sheet width direction of the sheet 5, and a calculation means 27a which calculates the tilting quantity of the sheet 5 based on information on the position of the sheet 5 detected by the first and second position detecting means 20 and 22.
