PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome problems in a conventional technique that labor is required for both recording and reproduction and that much labor and time are required before target voice data is reproduced.;SOLUTION: A CPU 11 judges whether the other party of connection is on an extension or an outside line upon connection of a line, records talk contents in HD 13 as voice data when determining the other party of connection as on an outside line, judges whether talk time reaches predetermined time, deletes the voice data stored in HD 13 when the talk is terminated before the talk time reaches the predetermined time, and records the voice data along with a data name representing the other party of the talk and information about the talk contents when the talk is terminated after the talk time reaches the predetermined time.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
