PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet cutting-off apparatus which can reduce the number of changing times of a cutting-off blade by uniformly using the cutting-off blade.;SOLUTION: The sheet cutting-off apparatus comprises a cutting-off blade 80 for cutting-off the sheets to be cut-off, such as a sheet and a sheaf of sheets, a gripper unit 70 which can grip and turn the sheets to be cut-off so as to make the ends of the sheets to be cut-off face to the cutting-off blade 80, and can carry the sheets to be cut-off to the position where the ends of the sheet are cut-off by means of the cutting-off blade. The cutting-off blade can be uniformly used by changing the using portion of the cutting-off blade by turning the sheet to be cut-off by means of the gripper unit.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
