PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly and accurately input a variety of information about control in controlling parking.;SOLUTION: When photographing a vehicle using a mobile terminal device 10000, a policeman or attendant obtains information such as the vehicle number from a license plate having an IC tag 10019, and inputs this information to the mobile terminal device 10000. The policeman or attendant at the same time obtains information about the photographed position of the illegally parked vehicle, and thereby searches a database 10003 in which position information retained in the mobile terminal device 10000 is associated with violation statuses for violation status information corresponding to the position information, and displays this information.
