When an earth removal inflow opening 3b in an opening is rotated to the eccentricity position of the rotor 3 and the excavated earth and sand mud concentration E is connected intermittently to a blow-off outflow opening 7b of the opening in a fixed interval plate 7c of the stator 7, the excavated earth and sand mud concentration E flows into a discharg chamber 8 in the stator 7, and is carried out via a sludge pipe 10 due to vacuum force, thus preventing the breakdown of the face due to the unsatisfactory decrease in inner pressure in the front side chamber 6.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
