PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a granular material supply device which can efficiently collect a pneumatically transported powder granular material without enlarging the device and is equipped with cyclone type collectors, a granular material supply system equipped with the device, and a granular material supply method using the device.;SOLUTION: The granular material supply device 1 is equipped with a multi-stage cyclone collection means 10 which makes cyclone type collector 20 and 30 communicate in a plurality of stages in series and classifies/collects the granular material introduced from the collector of the first stage, a material reservoir confluence pipe 11 in which the upper end is connected to the discharge opening 24 of the collector of the first stage, a material discharge opening 15 is formed at the lower end, a branching connection part 13a is installed in the pipe 11, and a branching pipe 16 which is made to communicate with the discharge opening 32 of each of the collectors of the following stages is connected to the branching connection part, and a sensor means 19 for detecting a situation in which the granular material stored in the material reservoir confluence pipe 11 is discharged from the material discharge opening, and its reservoir level reaches a prescribed level LLV below the branching connection part.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
