Using the combination with the explicit round delay and hint round delay, you explain the technique in order to transmit the data. As for the transmitter, it is possible to execute the 1st processing (or, explicit round delay processing) of round delay diversity on the basis of the 1st set of the round delay value which is known in the receiver. As for the transmitter, it is possible in either before or after the explicit round delay processing to execute pre- coding on the basis of pre- coding queue. As for the transmitter, it is possible to execute the 2nd processing (or, hint round delay processing) of round delay diversity on the basis of the 2nd set of the round delay value which is not known in the receiver.
