PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve the minimum emission of pollutants by optimum incineration in an incineration facility that controls the amount of fed-back incineration residue.;SOLUTION: The incineration facility comprises a furnace 20; a device 28 for feeding back the incineration residue to the furnace; devices 31, 33, 34 for measuring at least one parameter of incineration; and a control unit 29 for controlling incineration.
