PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a honeycomb sandwich structure which is free from the generation of warpage and can always secure stable shape precision and strength, when a honeycomb core and each surface member arranged on both surfaces of the honeycomb core are bonded together by heating and then cooling them on a base plate for heating/cooling-type lamination, and a heating device used for this method and a base plate for heating/cooling-type lamination.;SOLUTION: In this method, since it is so designed that the base plate 4 is heated by circulating high temperature vapor and low temperature vapor through a flow path 4a formed in the base plate 4 for heating/cooling-type lamination, the surface member 2 is heated so as not to allow the occurrence of a temperature difference between the surface members 2 and 3. Consequently, it is possible to manufacture the honeycomb sandwich structure which is free from the generation of a difference in the heat expansion and curing rate between the surface members 2 and 3 and warpage and ensures the always stable shape precision and strength.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
