PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of examination, capable of detecting and identifying the pathogenic bacteria of major disease injuries of strawberry having resembling initial symptoms early, more in detail, to provide a method for detecting the pathogenic bacteria such as anthracnose, epiphytotic, chlorosis, etc., and more concretely, to provide an oligonucleotide (a primer) capable of being used in the examination.;SOLUTION: The method for detecting and identifying the pathogenic bacteria of major disease injuries of strawberry is provided by specifically amplifying the gene of each of the pathogenic bacteria, and performing a gene amplification operation by using a primer mixture obtained by mixing each of the primers designed so that the molecular weights of amplified products become different, and measuring the molecular weights of the amplified products.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
