PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To homogeneously disperse a gas phase and a liquid phase, in a reactor including a device for dispersing the gas phase and the liquid phase.;SOLUTION: A treatment or hydrotreatment reactor includes: at least one granular bed (12); an essentially liquid phase (L) and an essentially gas phase (G) present in a bottom of the reactor and separated by an interface (38); and a dispersion plate (20) having at least one main chimney (32) allowing circulation of the liquid phase (L) towards the bed, and at least one passage (30) for feeding the gas phase (G) into the bed.
