PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assist work for estimating radio-wave propagation characteristics of an optional region on the basis of measurement data of the other regions. PSOLUTION: A radio-wave propagation characteristic estimation assisting system includes a storage part, an attribute information input part, and an output part. The storage part stores attribute information of a region and reference information useful for estimating radio-wave propagation characteristics in the region while making them correspond to each other. The attribute information input part inputs attribute information of a region whose radio-wave propagation characteristics are desired to be estimated. The output part searches information stored in the storage part to specify a region having an attribute matching with the attribute information inputted by the attribute information input part, and then, outputs reference information made to correspond to the specified region.
