PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag type dust collector capable of supplying pressure air, which includes uniform pulsating force required for shaking down the dust adhered to a filter and produces no inclination in a jet direction, even to an on-off value having a small caliber on its outlet side, a method for using the same and a method for planning the bag type dust collector.;SOLUTION: In the bag type dust collector including filters 7 for filtering dust-containing air, the on-off valve 10 for intermittently supplying pressure air and the injector tube 8 connected to the on-off valve 10 and having nozzle orifices 9 provided thereto at the positions opposed to the opening parts of the filters 7 and constituted so as to shake down the dust adhered to the outer surfaces of the filters 7 by the pressure air ejected from the nozzle orifices 9, the caliber D1 of the injector tube 8 is set to the caliber corresponding to the diameters (d) of the nozzle orifices 9, and the injector tube 8 and the on-off valve 10 of which the caliber D2 on its outlet side is different from the caliber D1 of the injector tube 8 are connected through a caliber regulating part 11.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
