PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is not possible, for a user who is not familiar with an operation, to efficiently find out a user who takes over the operation or take over the operating circumstances when the user gets in trouble with the operation of equipment in an environment where a plurality of equipment respectively equipped with a remote operating function is connected through a network.;SOLUTION: This operation support device is provided with: a remote operation history recording means for recording a remote operation history in the case of performing a remote operation by using a remote operation execution means; a remote operation history retrieving means for retrieving a specific history from the remote operation history recorded by the remote operation history recording means; an application operation video recording means for recording the application operation of a user in local equipment; and an application operation monitoring means for monitoring the application operation of the user in the local equipment.
