PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an output electric power fluctuation restraining device of a wind power generator for restraining an output electric power fluctuation in a wind power generation system, without causing a new plant and equipment investment, in a wind power generation system having a wind turbine and an induction generator. PSOLUTION: A wind turbine output arithmetic operation device 10 calculates recoverable maximum output from a measured wind speed, and converts differential energy between command output determined by integrating the recoverable maximum output by time and the recoverable maximum output into wind turbine rotational energy by an averaging unit 11, and an rotating speed arithmetic operation device 12 calculates a wind turbine rotating speed for producing energy of adding the command output and the wind turbine rotational energy, and controls the wind turbine rotating speed by controlling voltage of a PWM converter by vector control so as to follow such a wind turbine rotting speed.
