PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin-based open cell extrusion foam sheet for an automotive interior trim including a thermoplastic resin in which an amount of VOC (especially volatile toluene) is reduced, and a laminated foam sheet for automotive interior trim including the same.;SOLUTION: Since the thermoplastic resin open cell extrusion foam sheet is produced by an extrusion foaming method, at least one surface has naturally an air-impermeable layer. The thermoplastic resin-based open cell extrusion foam sheet is provided with a pore which reaches but does not penetrate through an open cell layer from a surface side having the air-impermeable layer. The amount of the volatile organic compound (VOC), especially the amount of toluene much in the automotive interior trim is reduced by blowing or warming air using a non-penetrating pore and cell communicating part. Since a pore to be processed is non-penetrable, a large deterioration of rigidity is not caused, occurring of a burr during drilling processing is prevented, and processability is excellent.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
