The present invention provides a process for classifying by the analysis of the expression pattern of the nucleic acid molecule and its associated micro-RNA specific for the tissue of origin and cancer. Classification according to the framework of the expression based on the tree of micro RNA permits the determination of the specific therapy and optimization of treatment.
