PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To output information for arousing a safe travel to a driver in a danger area such as a crossing. PSOLUTION: When a vehicle arrives near the crossing, an onboard system 30 refers to previously stored communication possibility/impossibility information by a car navigation system 10, and recognizes whether an onboard communication device 20 can communicate with a roadside communication device 100 or not. When it is recognized that the onboard communication device 20 cannot communicate with the roadside communication device 100 by information from the car navigation system 10, the onboard system 30 outputs an instruction to make safety arousal information be outputted to an output device 40, and the output device 40 outputs the safety arousal information according thereto.
