PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a heat exchange efficiency while suppressing the volume of a blood passage by a simple structure for sequentially passing heat medium liquid to a plurality of steps of tubule bundle.;SOLUTION: This medical heat exchanger is provided with a tubule bundle module 2 formed of a plurality of heat-transfer tubules 1, sealing members 3a-3c forming a blood passage 5 and sealing the tubule bundle module, wherein both ends of the heat-transfer tubules are exposed, and cold/warm water headers 6 and 7 forming fluid chambers surrounding both ends of the tubule bundle module. The tubule bundle module is divided into a laminated structure of tubule bundles 12a-12c and clearances are formed among the respective tubule bundles by spacers 13. The fluid chamber is partitioned into fluid compartments by partition walls 6b and 7b, the cold/warm water sequentially passes through the plurality of steps of tubule bundle from a fluid compartment 14b and outflows from the fluid compartment 15a. Interposing members 20 having passages communicated with the blood passage 5 are disposed in the clearances of the tubule bundles in the blood passage. The pair of spacers are connected by a pair of connecting crosspieces disposed at both sides of the tubule bundles, and the interposed members are connected to and integrated with the connection crosspieces.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
