PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat pump type cooling device and an air conditioner using the same, and to effectively prevent problems in adjusting temperature and humidity caused by the change of outside air temperature in a heat pump type heating device.;SOLUTION: In this heat pump type cooling device, converging baffle means 7, 12 are mounted for receiving heat radiation to fresh outside air O introduced as an object of heat radiation, and allowing a part Ob' of the used outside air of which temperature is raised, to be converged, and converging control means 19-23 are mounted for applying any of temperature (ta) of the converged outside air Oa by the converging baffle means 7, 12, temperature or pressure of a refrigerant R, or a temperature of the used outside air Ob as an adjustment value, and adjusting a ratio of converging volume of fresh outside air O and the used outside air Ob' in the converged outside air Oa on the basis of a detected value of the adjustment value, to adjust the adjustment value to a set target value (tas).;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
