This invention is low the haze which is manufactured from non cyclic diol, and the chain expansion medicine blend which includes the blend of 1,3 shikurohekisanjimetanoru and 1,4 shikurohekisanjimetanoru thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU). The above-mentioned TPU elastomer, especially, when it is formed to the relatively thick injection molding part, shows satisfactory optical transparency.
