PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten time of trajectory simulation of charged particles.;SOLUTION: The simulation device is provided with a random number generating means 40 to sequentially generate random numbers and a digital filter 41 which produces colored noises by multiplying a tap coefficient to each of the plurality of random numbers generated in the random number generating means 40 and by adding these values, and thereby the time of trajectory simulation of the charged particles can be shortened.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
