PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program-guide generating device, a program-guide generating method, and a program-guide generating program that achieve generation of a user-friendly EPG screen, having superior user visibility.;SOLUTION: A list of all channels which is a list of receivable channels is generated. Data for all the broadcasting schedules scheduled to be aired by the channels are acquired. A list of preferred channels which is a list of channels selected by a user from among the channels of the list of all channels. When a program-guide display command is made, while the list of preferred channels is being displayed on a display means, only the data of broadcasting schedules corresponding to the channels of the list of preferred channels are extracted and a program guide is generated on the basis of the data so as to display it on the display means.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
