PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacity loading type flat antenna with a short stub which allows small size and low profile, realizes wide bandwidth, and makes adjustment at a plurality of frequencies.;SOLUTION: A capacity loading type flat antenna with a short stub which is simply configured and easily manufactured has: a ground plane 20; an antenna element 10 provided in parallel with the ground plane 20; a plurality of short stubs 60 connecting the antenna element 10 and the ground plane 20; and a side wall 50 formed at an end of the ground plane 20. The capacity loading type flat antenna can realize small size, low profile, and wide bandwidth, and can change a length of the short stub 60 for adjustment at a plurality of frequencies.
